The Spatial Industry
The Spatial Industry is growing faster than graduates can complete their
studies. All aspects of the industry have a shortage of skilled
people.
In fact, 70% of
employers seeking recruits have long term job
vacancies!
The work is dynamic and challenging, and the
technology is leading edge.
You can work outdoors in urban, rural or remote settings, or
in an office. You have the choice of careers in both the private and government
sectors, and in different work
environments -
working individually or in a team.
The Spatial Sciences are at the heart of Australia’s expanding development and can provide a pathway to leadership positions in the future.
Whether you prefer to work outdoors or crave the comforts of an office, the spatial industry can accommodate you. You will need a reasonable level of ability in Mathematics, English and Physics. However, it all depends on the level of qualification you choose to attain. Courses range from Certificate, Diploma, Advanced Diploma, Degree and beyond.
